Residential House Management:
Responsible for the overall management of the home. Creates a chronological arrangement of events for household in the order for their occurrence. Familiar with all aspects of household organization.
Schedules: Managing the family calendar, scheduling appointments, and planning activities
Supervising: Overseeing and guiding the family in cooking, housekeeping, and gardening.
Finances: Managing household budgets, financial records, and bills
Errands: Shopping for groceries, supplies, and other items, and running errands
Maintaining the home: Overseeing maintenance and repairs, and ensuring the household systems are working properly with landlady
Caring for pets: Walking, feeding, and caring for pets
Taking care of pets who live in the home.
Housekeeping:
Performing housekeeping duties
Laundry, wash, dry, and fold laundry, and putting away clothing, and changing linens, replacing bedding
Hospitality: Looking after and greet guest, provide food and beverage
